Charmed The Complete Series (DVD 2008 49 Disc Set) Book of Shadows Packaging with Bonus disc with the "Original Unaired Pilot" and 7 featurettes. I've owned this set since it was newly released.

The Book has only been opened enough to remove the discs from its sleeve pages and has not been fully opened to try to prevent stress on the spine and pages. The discs have only been removed once for viewing, then the book has been displayed on a bookshelf since. The only damage that I can find is the page for Season 5 Disc 6 is starting to separate (See photos) and the dark green binding on the rear cover is lifting slightly (See Photos) and minor shelf wear on the corners.
